Community Development Engagement

Through this job portal, individuals interested in serving communities across different regions will have the opportunity to participate in various RDI initiatives focusing on social uplift, community mobilization, and field operations. Furthermore, all project-based community initiatives and program descriptions will be published within the portal so that individuals can easily access relevant program information instead of searching across multiple platforms

Individuals will be able to apply for community-based roles, submit required documents, and receive updates and results online.

In uncertain circumstances, especially during environmental challenges or emergencies, RDI can mobilize digital communication through this portal to assign emergency support roles or remote coordination tasks.

Social and Livelihood Support Roles

This can include roles connected to livelihood enhancement, women's empowerment, climate resilience initiatives, and community-level assistance programs. Highly experienced supervisors and field professionals will lead these assignments, enabling selected applicants to build hands-on experience, enhance their social development skills, and contribute directly to sustainable livelihoods
