Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of resorts to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
  • Manage and monitor operational activities and processes within assigned areas
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business associations, tour operators, and industry partners to drive business growth
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure seamless
  • Operations and achievement of organizational goal

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operations management (preferably in hospitality or tourism)
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strategic thinking with a problem-solving mindset
